Information gathered on your intake form is then used to prepare an engagement letter and retainer request for our planning consultation services.

At the same time, we will request specific documents to aid us in planning your matter.

Our expert then reviews the case information and documents to create a plan defining the service scope and estimated cost.

Our expert will meet with you to discuss the completed planning. Onboarding begins, and based on our planning, you will receive an updated engagement letter, retainer request, and supplemental document request.

Once we receive the requested onboarding items, our industry-leading team will work on providing you with the exceptional product we are known for.

Finally, we deliver any deliverables, including expert reports or testimony, outlined in your engagement and issue your final invoice or retainer refund.
